For more than 10 years, WillScot has gathered with customers and team members alike at the Texas Motor Speedway’s O’Reilly Auto Parts 500 NASCAR race. This race has become an annual WillScot tradition and time of celebration, when our team looks forward to connecting with customers and co-workers over a mutual love for NASCAR, Texas, and WillScot.
The First Turn
This year, guests were invited to first stop by our FLEX Suite, a WillScot two-story mobile office set up right outside the stadium. Like many of our customers, we used the FLEX mobile office as a combined meeting area and office space, where guests were able to check in to the event, enjoy a refreshment, meet with our team, and collect their tickets before heading inside the stadium to our interior suites for the next part of the event.
A Suite View
Once inside the stadium, the WillScot team escorted guests upstairs to a suite that overlooks the track and gave guests an area to relax, grab something to eat, and catch up with their WillScot friends and colleagues.
An Essential Pit Stop
After claiming their seats and getting comfortable, guests took advantage of their VIP Pit Passes to see pit crews and drivers in action as they prepared for the upcoming race.
A Race to Remember
This year marked another successful Texas Motor Speedway race. Thanks to our customers for joining us and making new memories. We’re excited to see what next year’s customer appreciation event will bring.
